Mini plant for yoghurt production, stirred or plain yoghurt, with or without fruit, on a small scale. The plant includes a mixing and reconstitution tank for dry ingredients, a pasteuriser-fermenter-cooler vat, the fruit puree and flavour mixing tank with homogenising valve, and the Rotary 1500 A6 automatic packaging machine. It comes pre-assembled in the factory with pumps, valves and control panel, and on request complete with a hot-water or steam boiler and a chilled-water unit; capacity is defined according to the customer’s needs.
