This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. The data we process are:

• Data you send us by filling in the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) or by writing or calling us.
• Technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser): automatically recorded by the server hosting the website to keep it secure and working properly.
• Data related to YouTube videos, only if you choose to play them: see the Cookie Policy.

• Replying to your requests for information or quotes and following up on negotiations and contracts: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Keeping the website secure and defending legal claims: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Sending you commercial or promotional communications: only with your explicit prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Data is processed with manual and electronic tools, with technical and organisational measures suited to protecting its security and confidentiality. The contact form is protected by an anti-spam check; submitted data reaches Pasin S.r.l. by email and is not stored in a website database.

The fields marked as required in the contact form are needed to reply to you: without them we cannot follow up on your request. The other fields are optional.

Data is accessible to Pasin S.r.l. staff authorised to process it and, where necessary, to suppliers acting on our behalf as processors: our hosting provider Aruba S.p.A. (data centres in Italy), IT services, email, tax, legal and accounting advisors, carriers, banks and insurers. Data is never sold or disclosed to the public.

Data is stored within the European Union. Any transfer to non-EU countries takes place only in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above: contact requests until the request has been handled and, if a business relationship follows, for its duration and for the periods required by law (for example 10 years for accounting records). Technical server logs are kept for a limited period. You can ask for deletion at any time, unless a legal obligation prevents it.

At any time you can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• have it corrected or updated;
• have it erased or its processing restricted;
• object to processing, in particular for marketing purposes;
• receive your data in a structured format (portability);
• withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
