It is the ideal solution for processing small quantities of milk, without giving up the superior quality of HTST pasteurisation and the convenience of automatic bottling. It is available in 300 and 500 litres/hour versions.
For those who prefer a more flexible configuration, the machine is also offered as a version with a separate automatic pasteuriser and bottling machine, as in the photo, where the Evolution 500 works in line with the Rotary 500 SB.
