Lineary 6000

Solid and efficient

Linear packaging machine with a capacity of 6000 jars/hour

Automatic linear packaging machine for semi-dense food products in plastic jars, designed for packaging yoghurt, sauces, jams and similar products. The Lineary 6000 is a solid and efficient machine with 4 packaging lines, doses from 50 to 1000 g, including fruit pieces, for plastic or paper jars. With a capacity of approximately 6000 jars/hour, it offers automatic loading through a double-handling destacker and discharge onto a conveyor belt.

Machine type

The Lineary 6000 is an automatic packaging machine for semi-dense foodstuff in plastic jars, of the linear type with 4 packaging lines: the packaging cycle runs without manual intervention and the operator simply supervises and controls production through the PLC.

It is suitable for packaging yoghurt, sauces, jams and similar products, in plastic or paper jars.

Being an automatic machine, it can be connected to the customer’s existing plant for loading the jars.

Features

The Lineary 6000 works in 4 stages, carried out in sequence within the same machine: container loading, dosing, capping and unloading.

Container loading

Jars are loaded automatically from the magazine through a dedicated double-handling destacker. The magazine is designed to be loaded very easily by the operator and can be equipped with an automatic loading system.

Dosing

Main product dosing ranges from 50 to 1000 g, for a wide range of products, in plastic or paper jars; only one jar diameter is available. Hourly capacity is approximately 6000 jars/hour (actual capacity depends on the characteristics of the product and packaging).

It also allows dosing of fruit pieces. The dosing unit is complete with a jar presence sensor, a product hopper and process valves.

Capping

The jar can be closed with a preformed aluminium or plastic lid or with an aluminium or plastic coil, thanks to the cut/weld device, designed and manufactured by Pasin SRL.

Application and closure are fully automatic.

Unloading

Jars are unloaded onto the dedicated conveyor belt, on which end-of-line equipment can be installed.

Cleaning solutions

The Lineary 6000 has a complete cleaning and sterilisation system, with CIP and SIP.

CIP (cleaning in place): all parts in contact with food can be CIP-cleaned, and the recirculation system, of new design, ensures maximum simplicity and efficiency. The PLC has an automatic washing programme already installed, which can be modified according to the customer’s needs.

SIP (sterilisation in place): before production, the entire dosing system is sterilised with steam. The device is equipped with filters, pressure gauges, valves and everything needed for perfect sterilisation.

A tank for connecting the machine to the customer’s CIP is available as an option.

Industry 4.0

The PLC is also available in a touch-screen version, which makes the entire machine Industry 4.0 certifiable. Remote support is included.

High Clean

High Clean solutions are available as options for more hygienic packaging. The H14 HEPA filter injects sterile air and creates a sanitised environment; the UV-C lamp sterilises the packaging materials.

The Ultra Clean device turns the jars upside down to sterilise them through dust blowing, hydrogen peroxide injection and activation with heated air: the process guarantees a reduction of the bacterial load of more than LOG 4.

Accessories and options available

  • Minifiller for fruit puree, to obtain a “double-flavour” jar; suitable for very viscous products and/or products with pieces, product hopper included;
  • Tank for connection to the customer’s CIP;
  • Rotating table in stainless steel for collecting filled jars;
  • Snap-on lid: automatic device for applying a pressure plastic cover;
  • H14 HEPA filter to inject sterile air and create a sanitised environment;
  • UV-C lamp for sterilising the packaging materials;
  • Inkjet date coder installed on the conveyor belt, for printing expiry date, lot and more, complete with its own programming software;
  • Ultra Clean device: jars are turned upside down for sterilisation, with dust blowing, hydrogen peroxide injection and activation with heated air, for a reduction of the bacterial load of more than LOG 4.

What is it suitable for?

The Lineary 6000 is recommended for medium-scale production, up to approximately 6000 jars per hour, in dairies and food companies that want to package yoghurt, sauces, jams and other semi-dense products in jars.

It is a compact, solid and easy-to-use machine.
