Table-top packaging machine for semi-dense food products in jars, designed for packaging yoghurt, sauces, jams and similar products. The Easy 500 TAV is a practical, economical and handy machine that can be placed on a table, with doses from 50 to 250 g in plastic, paper or glass jars. With a capacity of approximately 700 jars/hour, it is a compact solution that is easy to manage; size changeover takes just a few minutes.
Machine type
The Easy 500 TAV is a semi-automatic packaging machine table-top, for semi-dense foodstuff in jars: the operator loads and unloads the jars on the rotary table, while the machine carries out dosing and, fully automatically, the application and closure of the lid.
It is suitable for packaging yoghurt, sauces, jams and similar products, in plastic, paper or glass jars.
Features
The Easy 500 TAV works in 4 stages, some carried out by the operator and others fully automatic: container loading, dosing, capping and unloading.
Container loading
Jars are loaded by the operator into the holes of the rotary table.
Dosing
Main product dosing ranges from 50 to 250 g, for a wide range of products, in plastic, paper or glass jars; size changeover takes just a few minutes. Hourly capacity is approximately 700 jars/hour (actual capacity depends on the characteristics of the product and packaging).
The doser is complete with a jar presence sensor and a product hopper.
Capping
The jar can be closed either with a preformed heat-sealed lid or with a pressure plastic lid.
Application and closure are fully automatic.
Unloading
Jars are unloaded by the operator from the rotary table.
Cleaning solutions
At the end of production, the washing cycle of all parts in contact with the product is automatic.
Industry 4.0
The PLC is also available in a touch-screen version, which makes the entire machine Industry 4.0 certifiable.
Accessories and options available
- Date printer: expiry date and/or production batch stamped on the jar lid with an indelible-ink stamper.
What is it suitable for?
The Easy 500 TAV is recommended for small-scale production, up to approximately 700 jars per hour, in dairies and food companies that want to package yoghurt, sauces, jams and other semi-dense products in jars.
It is a compact, practical and economical machine, simple to use.
