Semi-automatic packaging machine for liquid foodstuff in bottles, designed for packaging milk, drinking yoghurt, sauces, juices and similar products. The Easy 500 SB is a practical, economical and reliable machine, suited to plastic or glass bottles with doses from 50 to 1000 g. With a capacity of approximately 500 bottles/hour, it is the ideal solution for small production runs; no size changeover is needed for bottles with the same cap and neck.
Machine type
The Easy 500 SB is a semi-automatic packaging machine for liquid foodstuff in bottles: the operator loads and unloads the bottles on the rotary table, while the machine carries out dosing and, fully automatically, the application and closure of the cap.
It is suitable for packaging milk, drinking yoghurt, sauces, juices, egg products, still drinks and similar products, in plastic or glass bottles.
Features
The Easy 500 SB works in 4 stages, some carried out by the operator and others fully automatic: container loading, dosing, capping and unloading.
Container loading
Bottles are loaded by the operator into the housings of the rotary table.
Dosing
Main product dosing ranges from 50 to 1000 g, for a wide range of products, in plastic or glass bottles; no size changeover is needed for bottles with the same neck and cap. Hourly capacity is approximately 500 bottles/hour (actual capacity depends on the characteristics of the product and packaging).
Dosing is carried out with volumetric piston dosers, complete with a container presence sensor. The doser can be connected directly to the customer’s product tank.
Capping
Cap application and closure are fully automatic.
The machine can be equipped with an automatic sorter for both plastic screw caps and twist-off caps.
Unloading
Bottles are unloaded by the operator from the rotary table.
Cleaning solutions
At the end of production, the washing cycle of all parts in contact with the product is automatic.
Industry 4.0
The PLC is also available in a touch-screen version, which makes the entire machine Industry 4.0 certifiable.
Accessories and options available
- Date printer: expiry date and/or production batch stamped on the cap with an indelible-ink stamper;
- Rinsing system for bottles, available with sterile-water rinsing or steam disinfection;
- UV-C lamp for sterilising the packaging materials;
- Labelling machine available for the bottle body and/or the warranty seal.
What is it suitable for?
The Easy 500 SB is recommended for small-scale production, up to approximately 500 bottles per hour, in dairies and food companies that want to package milk and other liquid foods in bottles.
It is a compact, practical and economical machine, simple to use.
