Performance

Performance is an automatic packaging machine for liquid food products in small bottles, designed for dosing milk, drinking yogurt, juices and similar products. Available in different versions, the machine can reach capacities from 2000 to 8000 bottles/hour, depending on the configuration, product and packaging characteristics.

Main functions

Performance automatically manages the main packaging operations for small bottles, from bottle loading to the discharge of the finished bottles.

• Bottle loading: bottles are automatically loaded through a dedicated conveyor belt or pneumatic conveyor at the machine inlet.
• Dosing: the main product is dosed from 50 to 500 ml, according to the product type.
• Electronic flowmeters: dosing takes place through a series of electronic flowmeters and membrane valves designed to ensure precision and hygiene.
• Isobaric product hopper: the dosing system is equipped with an isobaric product hopper, level probes and process valves.
• Continuous-level technology: the system uses continuous-level technology.
• Screw capping: the capping carousel can be equipped with a vibrating orientator, slide, cap positioner and dedicated spindles to ensure correct cap screwing.
• Aluminium foil sealing: as an alternative and/or in addition to screw capping, a “cut, form and weld” device is available, complete with automatic die cutter, pneumatic conveyor for aluminium lids, positioning head and welding heads.
• Unloading: finished bottles are discharged onto a conveyor belt.

CIP and SIP

Performance is designed to allow washing and sterilization of the dosing system. The entire dosing unit is CIP washable, while the recirculation system uses technology designed for simplicity and efficiency.

• Recirculation: the recirculation system uses new technology to simplify washing operations.
• Automatic washing: the PLC includes an automatic washing program that can be modified according to customer requirements.
• SIP: before production, the entire dosing system is sterilized with steam.
• Sterilization device: the system includes filters, gauges, valves and the components required for sterilization.

Available accessories

• HEPA filter: for introducing sterile air and creating a sanitized environment inside the machine.
• Washing tank: for washing product-contact parts; it can also be used as a small recirculation circuit and for connection to the customer's CIP system.
• Rotating table: stainless steel table for collecting filled bottles.
• Inkjet date system: printer installed on the conveyor belt for printing expiry date, lot and other information, complete with its own programming software.
• UV-C lamp: for packaging material sterilization.
