Easy 500 SCB

The Easy 500 SCB is a multipurpose semi-automatic packaging machine for bottles and jars, designed for small production runs requiring flexibility, reliability and ease of use. The machine can package liquid, semi-liquid and semi-dense food products in plastic or glass containers, adapting to different products and packaging formats.

• Liquid and semi-liquid products: milk, drinking yogurt, juices, egg products, non-carbonated drinks or similar products.

Main functions

• Container loading: the operator loads bottles and jars into the dedicated housings of the rotary table.
• Volumetric dosing: the main product is dosed from 50 to 1000 g using volumetric piston dosers, complete with a container presence sensor.
• Product tank connection: the doser can be connected directly to the customer's product tank.
• Jar capping: cap application and closure are fully automatic.
• Bottle capping: different closure solutions are available, including preformed or coil heat-sealed lids, plastic pressure caps and screwed or twist-off caps.
• Container unloading: the operator removes bottles and jars from the rotary table at the end of the cycle.

Capping and closure systems

The Easy 500 SCB is designed to handle different closure systems, making it a versatile solution for small production runs using both bottles and jars.

• Jars: cap application and closure are fully automatic; the machine can be equipped with an automatic sorter for screw caps or twist-off caps.
• Bottles: available solutions include preformed or coil heat-sealed lids, plastic pressure caps and screwed/twist-off caps.
• Automation: bottle cap application and closure are fully automatic.

Washing cycle

At the end of production, the Easy 500 SCB automatically performs a washing cycle on all parts in contact with the product, simplifying cleaning operations after production.

PLC and INDUSTRY 4.0

• PLC: also available with touch screen.
• INDUSTRY 4.0 certification: the touch screen version is available to make the entire machine certifiable as INDUSTRY 4.0.

Available accessories

• Printer: for marking the expiry date and/or production batch on the cap/lid using an indelible ink stamper.
• Minifiller: for fruit puree dosing and “double-flavor” jars; suitable for viscous products and/or products with pieces, with product hopper included.
• Bottle rinsing system: available with sterile-water rinsing or steam disinfection.
• UV-C lamp: for packaging material sterilization.
• Labelling machine: available for the bottle/jar body and/or warranty seal.
• Cap sorter: automatic sorter for screw or twist-off caps.
